Beauty Costs
Does beauty really need to be expensive?
Do you really need to shell out a big amount so you can be the best you, you can possibly be?
You be the judge.
When eating bread, it is said that white bread is heavier on your diet, in terms of easily absorbing carbohydrates compared to wheat bread.
Instead of eating junk food, you go for fruits that should last you longer and would have more natural vitamins that your body needs.
Calcium is important, so you buy milk. Diet doctors say low fat milk is a lot better than your regular milk especially in the accumulation of fats in your body, which would eventually be bad for cholesterol.
When eating chicken, or any meat, for that matter, go for the lean meat, and as much as possible, do away with the skin. This is bad for your body, since it might accumulate bad cholesterol.
Tumescent liposuction costs would be within the range of 2000 to 10,000 dollars, the fee depending on the area that would be suctioned.
If you go to the gym, say two to three times a week, paying around 500 to 2000 dollars a month for a few hours of body beating and mind numbing muscles.
Physical beauty warrants pain, and a lot of discipline. Not only does it need you to be conscious of what you eat, but you know the types of food that your body needs. Too much of one thing may have an effect that might be difficult to let go, or a day’s exercise not done, might lead to a more grueling exercise the next day.
So, with these said…you be the judge.
